Prime-Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Igor Chudinov got acquainted with the STAR Project. The meeting took place in a newly opened Resource Center of the Kyrgyz-Russian Vocational School #28 in the Belovodskoe village. The objective of the Center is preparation and qualification improvement of the employees.  

Prime-Minister Igor Chudinov, Governor of the Chui Oblast Bolotbek Kumarov, Head of Moskovskiy Rayon and German Ambassador Holger Green participated in the opening of the Resource Center as well as representatives of the ministries, international agencies and directors of vocational schools of Bishkek and Chui Oblast. Manager of the STAR Project Maksat Abdykaparov made a presentation on Helvetas activities in Kyrgyzstan and the Farmer-entrepreneur course, which is conducted in the Vocational School #28 with the support of Helvetas.
